Sarah Conrad comes from the small town of State College, Pennsylvania, home of the Penn State Nittany Lions. After obtaining her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from The Pennsylvania State University, Sarah spent five years at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia as a Registered Nurse in Pediatric Critical and Neonatal Intensive Care units.
Sarah became a Nurse Practitioner in Pediatric Primary care after obtaining her Master's of Science in Nursing from the University of Pennsylvania. While at Penn, Sarah developed special interests in Pediatric Neurology and Adolescent Medicine, both important focus areas in pediatric health maintenance and prevention. Sarah is certified by the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board and is a member of the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners and the American Holistic Nurses Association.
After falling in love with Charleston over a number of visits, Sarah and her husband Jason decided to make it their home in October 2013. Sarah enjoys travel, yoga, and taking her dachshund-beagle, Nola, to the beach.
