Dr. Stephanie Lee is a board-certified pediatrician and preventive medicine specialist. She completed her undergraduate and medical school education at Boston University, pediatrics training in Southern California, and then moved to Columbia, South Carolina to finish preventive medicine and public health training at USC.
She is a fierce advocate for children and the health of her community. She serves as a member of the Board of Trustees of the South Carolina Medical Association and as a national spokesperson for the American Academy of Pediatrics. Her interests include health communication and social media use in an increasingly technological world. She has interned with ABC News and also works for an online magazine.
Her goals for her pediatric patients are to live as healthy a lifestyle as possible while maintaining balance with what makes them happy.
Aside from work, she enjoys doing yoga and barre, learning how to cook better, and exploring more of what the Lowcountry has to offer. She lives with her surgeon husband and hopefully a puppy dog in the near future.
