Courtney DuBose, originally from Atlanta, received her BSN from the University of Virginia in 2003. She then went on to work as a pediatric hematology/oncology/bone marrow transplant nurse for six years with Children's Healthcare of Atlanta. In 2008, she earned her acute care pediatric nurse practitioner degree from Emory University. Since that time, Cournteny worked for seven years as PNP with Children's Healthcare of Atlanta focusing on pediatric patients with congenital heart disease as well as those affected by sickle cell disease.
In May 2016, Courtney moved to Charleston after getting married to her husband, Brooks. During her time in Charleston, she has taught pediatric clinicals to nursing students for both MUSC College of Nursing and Trident Tech School of Nursing. Courtney is board certified through the Pediatric National Certification Board and is also a member of NAPNAP and the Lowcountry Association of Advanced Nurses. Courtney joined Coastal Pediatric Associates in June 2017 and is thrilled to be part of the team!
Courtney lives in West Ashley with her husband. She loves spending time with her family and friends, exploring the lowcountry and giving back to the community through volunteer work.
